Stress to Strength
Now more than ever we need stress relief and a way to incorporate it into our everyday life. What is usually missing is having someone there to take you by the hand and make sure the practice gets done
State of Mind
If we are stuck with a mindset on how things are supposed to be, we set ourselves up for failure and disappointment. Especially when we let the outer elements like weather on a specific day rule our mood. If you feel that it is the outer circumstances that affects how you feel, then that is your truth. But what if we can learn to rule over our own mindset?
Internal resistance is one of the most important reasons why we fail to follow through on things. Once we can access what lies behind it and find out what it really is about, then we can solve many of our problems and make our lives easier.

Hope, Healing, Fears and Finding Purpose
I want to share my journey with you and reflect on the past three years that has ranged from hope to acceptance and everything in between. My husband started to write about his challenge facing late stage cancer as a way of handling his own fears and to inspire others who deals with a serious illness. Reflections is based on the blog he wrote during the seven months from his diagnosis to his death on February 8, 2018. The book is out May 26, 2020.
Mindset during Times of Crisis
Todays reflection is about how our mind works when we get bombarded with information and find ourselves in a situation we cannot control. What we do when we get overwhelmed and how we can break thoughts that keep us in loop.
